Merchant of Record:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service for any reason.

  • Refunds are not available after the 14‑day period has passed, unless required by applicable consumer law.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Continued Access: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to Premium features until that date.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within the current billing cycle once the 14-day window has passed.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@13radar.com with your order email or transaction ID.

  • Alternatively, as Paddle is the Merchant of Record, you can also look up your order and request assistance via paddle.net (Paddle's consumer support portal).

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times typically range from 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
