Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 13Radar.com. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscription and Payments

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Registration and access

  • You may not use any Premium Service without a valid subscription from 13Radar.
  • To obtain a subscription, you must register by completing the online registration form available on the Site.

Term and billing

  • The initial minimum subscription term is 1 month.
  • Subscription fees are charged at the start of each term and cover the full term of services.
  • Unless you notify us prior to the end of your then-current term, your subscription will automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration at the prevailing subscription fee.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our service.
  • How to Request a Refund: As Paddle is the Merchant of Record, you may request a refund by contacting our support team (support@13radar.com) or directly via Paddle’s support channels (paddle.net).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of the billing period, and no further charges will be made.
  • No refunds are provided after the 14-day window has passed, except where required by applicable law.

Permitted use and attribution

  • Your subscription is for personal or professional research only.
  • You may not use 13Radar data to build an application for end-users other than yourself or your authorized entity.
  • Any published or shared document containing 13Radar data must display the 13Radar logo or clearly state “Data from 13Radar.”

Data redistribution

13Radar memberships do not grant rights to redistribute or resell its data in any format (online or offline). To redistribute 13Radar data, you must obtain a commercial data license. For pricing and licensing details, please contact our sales team.

Service modifications

13Radar reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features of the Premium Service at any time without notice. If you are dissatisfied with any changes—or with the service’s performance or availability—your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription as outlined above.

Ownership and intellectual property

All content, data, materials, and intellectual property on 13Radar are owned by 13Radar or its third-party content providers. Trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site are registered or common-law marks of their respective owners. Your access does not grant you any rights to use these marks.

Prohibited uses

  • Use of any robot, spider, or automated tool to access or scrape Site materials.
  • Copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, distributing, selling, transferring, or modifying any Site content without express written permission and proper attribution to 13Radar.

Republishing articles

If you republish any 13Radar article or data, you may only reproduce the first paragraph or summary and must link back to the original content on 13Radar. Proper credit to 13Radar is required.

Charts and images

  • You may embed or use charts and images generated by 13Radar in external websites, print materials, or emails, provided they are used unmodified (“As Is”).
  • Proper credit must be given to 13Radar.

Warranty disclaimer

All Site content, data, materials, information, products, and services are provided “As Is.” 13Radar expressly disclaims any warranty that the Site will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or timely.

Liability disclaimer

  • In no event shall 13Radar be liable for any investment gains or losses you incur. Investing carries inherent risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • By using 13Radar, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
  • 13Radar disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • 13Radar is not liable for computer viruses or other issues resulting from your access to or use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore (or your company's registration country), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
