About Guy Spier
Guy Spier is a Zurich‑based investor, author, and manager of the Aquamarine Fund, modeled after Warren Buffett's early partnerships. Educated at Oxford University and Harvard Business School, he began his career in banking and consulting before dedicating himself to value investing. Spier gained global attention in 2008 when he and Mohnish Pabrai bid $650,100 for a charity lunch with Buffett. He later chronicled his journey in the acclaimed book The Education of a Value Investor.
